SHIPMENT PROCESS

This is the process for sending documents. Please read carefully and if you have doubts with the  steps, contact Migration Manager migration@aiesec.org.mx

DOWNLOAD AND FILL

Download the letters and fill them with your personal information. Make sure everything it's written correctly (Name, passport, activities, dates, etc.). 

We will send that documents as you send it to us, if some information it's wrong you have to start the process again.

REQUEST

Once you have your letters, please make the request. In this page you will find the application form in order to upload all your information and letters.

CHECKPOINT

We will check your information, if something is not clear we will contact you by email. 

If you need account statements, we will order them. This will last 5 or 7 workdays, so please keep that in mind.

SENDING...

Once we have all your documents (and account statements if you need), we will send it to the address you give us previously.

You will receive a notification from UPS with the tracking number of your shipment. If you do not receive it, please contact Migration Manager migration@aiesec.org.mx

DELIVER

Let us know your shipment has arrived to you.

If there is a problem with your shipment you will be notified.

IMPORTANT TO KEEP IN MIND

Shipment will last 3-10 workdays and if you need account statements will last 7-15 workdays.

It depend of where it will be sent.

 

Please keep in mind the time that this process needs in order you have your documents ready when you are going to the embassy or consulate.

 

If the information is wrong (Name, passport, dates, address etc.) you will have to start the process again.

So please check it carefully.

 

If you only need letters and documents via email, let us know. Make the same process but when we ask you for your address, write your email.
