Replacement

This is applicable if you lost your resident card. Please start the process as soon as possible.

Fill, download and print the following form

   - In the field "Qué desea hacer?" select "Canjear o reponer documento migratorio"

   - In the field "Especifique" select "Reposición de documento migratorio por pérdida, robo o deterioro"

Download, fill and print the following "Pago de derechos" form:

   - Select "Derecho de Residente Temporal DRT" and then "Derecho de Residente Temporal. Hasta un año (DRT). Reposición.

Present documentation to Migration Office

 

  • Original and photocopy of your passport

  • "Solicitud de renovación" form

  • "Pago de derechos" form

  • " Formato básico"

  • 3 photos "infantil size"

 

From this point onwards, it is the same process that you made for your first Residence Card, be in constant comunication with the Migration office.
