Exit and entry permission

This is applicable if you have a process on going but you need to go out of the country.

Fill, download and print the following form

   - In the field "Qué desea hacer?" select "Obtener permiso de salida y regreso"

 

Download, fill and print the following "Pago de derechos" form:

   - Select "Por la recepción y estudio de la solicitud y, en su caso, la expedición de Permisos de Salida y Regreso al país".

Download, fill with ypur personal information and print the following letter:

 

Present documentation to Migration Office

 

  • Original and photocopy of your passport

  • "Solicitud de permiso de salida y regreso" form

  • "Pago de derechos" form

  • NUT (Número Único de Trámite) Once you started your renovation or replacement process, migration gives you a form with your NUT. You need to present a copy of that form.

  • 1 photo "infantil size"

  • Explanation letter

 

From this point onwards, it is the same process that you made for your first Residence Card, be in constant comunication with the Migration office.
