First of all, make you sure you have an invitation letter sent by the host committe.
From May 2015, all Mexicans need to enter to Egyptian territory with a valid visa previously stamped before arrival.
We used to have the benefit to request visa on arrival in Egypt, since this has change, take a look at the process;
